USA Client: I have used Canada Drugs Online for several years now for one of my medications. Even with insurance and a co-pay card, I would still have to pay $300 for a total of 3 months. Mind you, I could only get a 1 month supply! Through Canada Drugs, I can get it for $200, 90 day supply. No hassles of insurance!! No waiting until 3 days till the RX is due to refill.
Beware of ordering medication from them if you purchased it from one of their other country vendors. It has been 4 days since they said they shipped the medication and they cannot provide a tracking number. I will run out of medication before it ever gets to me!
Over a period of 6 days between submitting and paying for my order and submitting my prescription, I had to keep contacting them two to three times everyday to keep moving the ball forward through their slow and poorly thought out process. One of the hurdles I had to overcome was that my prescription was not written in English because it was submitted by a doctor in Mexico. I had the doctor submitted new one in English which they accepted, only to tell me two days later that the prescription had to be from a US doctor. Okay, in order for them to process it. They could have told me that 6 days ago when I submitted it and they certainly could have told me when they were complaining that the prescription was written in the wrong language. It doesn't say anywhere on their website that it has to be submitted from a US doctor and it's not logical to think so since they are not even a US-based company. 6 days and hours wasted before I realized I have to cancel and Lord knows how long it's going to take them to refund my money with this level of professionalism.
They take up to 5 days just to process your order after you pay for it! It will take another 2 weeks to receive your medication.
When you order a generic that shows it is manufactured in India (or some other offshore location), it will take a month or more to arrive. Be aware, because they won't tell you that up front.
No problems at all with this site and have been getting meds from here for 3+ years. will continue to use.
Had a prescription for 20 pills and they could only sell me 16 or 30 pills. Since the prescription was only for 20 pills the 16 pills was there only option. The pills come in a 4 pack and thus there’s no reason why they couldn’t fulfill a prescription for 20 pills. I contact them to rectify the situation and there was a complete lack of care or resolve. I will never order from CanadaDrugsOnline again! They are located in the lower mainland of BC under the name of CANDRUGUPDATE: after several emails, they have offered to send the remaining 4 pills. If they follow thru, I will update my review again.UPDATE: the final 4 pills arrived December 23rd. They made it right. It’s unfortunate that I had to fight so hard to make it right but it did eventually happen. Thank you!
I had a Terrific experience with this great Canadian website. I ordered 4 very expensive drugs (here in the USA) at super inexpensive prices and the service was incredible!!! Will definitely order from them in the future! Thank you so much Canadadrugsonline.com
They ask you to upload your prescription. so you place your order and upload the prescription. Then they call you and ask you to send the original prescription to them by mail and also send/upload a photo ID of yourself (there is no option to upload that on their website). After they receive your mailed-in prescription they do nothing until you call them back and verify that they received your mail. Then they tell you that they don't have the exact amount of pills that your Dr. has prescribed because they sell them in pre-determined number of pills. In my case my Dr. prescribed 8 but the minimum amount they sell is 12. So they tell me they can send 12 but that would use my Re-fill option (I have 1 refill on that prescription). So if i accept 12 pills now, i can no longer refill the same prescription. They tell you that the shipping will take about 2 weeks even though they ship from Canada (where I live). At the end I asked them to cancel my order and delete my account. I have no time to deal with this ordeal, and had I needed my pills for a serious illness I would have waited at least a month before I can get them.Definitely not worth all the trouble i had to go through.
NAPB (Pharmacy Verified Websites Program) listed it on the do not recommend list. Could not find them listed as a licensed pharmacy in BC.
I ordered 1 year supply of medication, the meds I received have an expiration date in 6 months. They refused to do anything about it, and they "blamed" me for this. By the way, its online form DOES NOT allow you select the expiration date of the drugs you order.
Ordering took multiple emails and phone calls, duplicate submissions of ID & prescription & request for voided check over a month so far. Sounds like a scam operation. Told them not to process since they claimed they did not have enough documentation. Assuming they will now take the $. BEWARE. VERY SUSPECT
Be aware! CanadaDrugsOnline does not have a return policy. Unfortunately, they do not tell you this until you have placed an order and they’ve charged your account. I called today to try to cancel my order that is still being shipped from the New Zealand because our pet became very ill and died. I was put on hold twice while the lady was trying to check their return policy and then she told me that there is no return policy. You would think that someone that works for the company would know their return policy right away. Feel like they were trying to hide something trying to talk amongst themselves while I was put on hold. So disappointed of their dishonesty and not giving the information upfront to customers. $170 down the drain.
A great experience. And got my prescription in 2 weeks. No complaints at all. Will use them all the time. It's cheaper than using Medicare part D and just paying for myself. It is a shame my own country can't give me afordable medication.
Plan on 8 to 9 weeks for a transaction with these people. After we placed our order, we were told the medication was coming from England and would be 16 business days ! Called them 18 business days (3 weeks and 3 days) after they cashed our check ($135). They didn't actually send the meds when they cashed the check, but 4 days later. And by the way, There were 2 holiday days in there (not US holidays). So - 4 weeks to meet all of their detailed prescription requirements, and 5 more weeks to get the meds in the mail (which we haven't gotten yet. And the last person we talked to was rude in how they explained all of their excuses.
I ordered generic domperidone from this online Canadian pharmacy - first time ordering from them - tried them because their prices were so cheap. The product came exactly as described, and was on time. Will definitely be ordering from them again in the future!
