Great service used phone number twice and was answered in under 5 minutes contacted doctor and was messaged back in under 30 minutes ordered on Friday and delivered next day have found nothing to complain about so five stars

*"I paid £108 to Zava on (19/08/2025)for a medical review. Their website suggests reviews are same-day, but after 5+ days I’ve still heard nothing. Every time I message, I only get an automated reply saying they’re busy. I can’t reach a human, and there’s no update in my account or inbox.This isn’t what you expect from a medical service, especially when health is involved. If delays are this long, they should be honest upfront before taking payment.
