RIGHT MEDICINE PHARMACY

Ill trained and certainly accountable staff. Waiting approximately an hour for my medication that apparently had been picked by me 5 days before. Your royal mile chemist is dangerous in my opinion. Can't understand how it was processed as given to who ever yet 30 minutes later found down stairs.2 days minus my medication due to ill trained staff. Will be reporting this matter further .Absolutely disgraceful . This has happened every time. I will be reporting this to Scottish parliament/Obudmsan and certainly to your head office.

Originally requested delivery due to working away and shifts not being able to pick up repeat prescription. Posted through letterbox first time, didn’t the second time and had to get relatives to pick it up. Third time I added a written note when I posted it through their door when closed asking for the same… didn’t do it, but posted a card instead when they could have posted the prescription through. Again, returned the card and another written note. Again, (next day) they didn’t bother and posted a card instead. Had to take 3 hours off work to go and pick it up where they told me it was back out for delivery in special flat pack packaging to go through the door. Turns out it wasn’t in any special packaging, they had just decided to now post it as requested.Using another local pharmacy who have confirmed they will be able to follow the instructions easily and on a cycle so won’t need me to drop off prescription slip.

Dunoon branch, always a friendly welcome, and very helpful staff. Always seem to go out of their way to assist. Always a much better experience than some of the large chains

The staff at the Ochiltree pharmacy are soo arrogant. I have been going weeks without my medication because they don’t put the prescription through after I phone. It’s mistake after mistake Then they have the nerve to be arrogant when I asked a friend to collect it. Said I need to collect it myself even though I am ill.I will be changing to another pharmacy.

Kennedy's Dunoon. Mixed up or non delivered meds. Recently reduced from 2x20mg twice daily longtec to 2x15mg twice daily. They keep giving me only 3.5 days worth (one 15mg twice daily, it should be 2), but insist it's enough for a week.Very unimpressed at the person i spoke to there who argued the toss that the prescription was correct. It wasn't, she then threatened me angrily for talking over her. I was trying to explain their mistake. No raised voice, no swearing.This pharmacy used to care, if the person i spoke to just looked at my previous months prescription she'd have seen the new one was wrong and should have contacted my GP immediately, reducing oxycontin by 40mg twice daily to 15mg twice daily is very dangerous!It's to be done in 5mg increments.....not 25mg!I only have enough for a day now. And it's the weekend.Rapidly gone downhill since the previous pharmacist Lindsey left, sometimes i waited up to forty minutes for the second part of fortnightly prescription, they get it days before, why make a man who can barely stand wait that long instead of making it up the day before? Caroline has zero empathy for people with disabilities, PD etc, accused of talking over her when i wasn't even speaking, definitely discriminatory against myself. I've used that chemist for years, my tone of voice has changed due to having to tense my jaw because of parkinsons shakes, the same for my dour expression......... it's not my fault I'm like that!Considering complaint to GPhC on discrimination grounds.

totally refused point blank to handover my parcel as the info I got in email conflicts with the sticker in their storeNEVER EVER USE THEM AS A DPD COLLECTION POINTYou'll never get your parcel.Hopefully it will be returned to sender eventually.
