Are you seriously asking me for a review? ... First you lie to me and tell me you've not had my prescription ... which is mainly pain relief and nerve tablets .. send me to the surgery who tell me they sent it to you a few days previously .. then 20 minutes later you send me a txt message saying its ready .... on questioning this you "ban" me from the service without informing me until my next visit 4 weeks later due to "my" attitude ... there was no attitude . I simply asked why I'd been lied to and messed about which I think embarrassed your staff .. who in my opinion are highly unprofessional... especially the person on the phone telling me I can't take tablets in the past ... I sometimes wondered about the education levels of some of the staff there in all honesty .... I'll never darken the door of your premises again . Unprofessional. Rude and uneducated are the 3 main words I'd use to describe your service Please don't bother me again

It was very useful to be able to talk to the pharmacist about the product I was intending to purchase. Would have give 5 stars except that the delivery was slower than expected (ordered 12/9, delivered 16/9) and I had to ask a neighbour to collect it from my doorstep.Next time will pay for faster delivery
