Ordered from hemed. I assumed the free blood test was free. It isn’t. If you want to cancel they charge £100. I need to get the app to do the blood test. But my phone won’t accept the app due to lack of storage. Tried it on my wife’s phone but it says I’m not registered. Tried emailing several times. Get responses but they don’t really answer the question. They say I need to join a video call and the instructions are with the blood test email instructions. I can’t see them and no one can direct me to these instructions. I need the next dose of wegovy sending asap or I will miss an injection . I have a prescription which they say they only want once the blood test results come in. I can’t do the blood test without registering it. I can’t register it and they can’t provide a solution and won’t refund. If you are looking to use hemed or shemed my advice would be to avoid. There are others out there , they maybe slightly more expensive but you don’t need to go through all this hassle. I think my next step is to get the credit card company to do a charge back unless someone can provide a more simple solution.

The pen they provided was defective or not correctly filled. Only enough for 2 out of the 4 injections and the customer service just says “buy more- you did something wrong”. Well if I did, it’s thanks to their demo video that I followed to a t. Certainly feels like a bit of a scam. Now I have 2 shots I can’t use and I need to bin
Was excellent but recently the customer service is abysmal. I put in a refill request and reciced a blank email in return (apart from a V - I think someone did not press control when pasting!). The app asked me to reply to the email. I did this 6 times, no response. When I used their contact form I was asked six times to reply either to a non reply email address or to the original email which I did 6 times. When complaining I just got the same request to reply (which I already had). I have now missed one (likely to be two) injections, despite doing everything I was asked to do. I don’t see why I should pay to start again when it is clearly their fault. *UPDATE* 30/12 I had a call from a prescriber - good! He started off by saying he had emailed me several times and I had not replied - untrue! Not a good start to a conversation. He asked me if I wanted to increase dosage, I asked if this was a safe approach as it will be 3 weeks since my last injection. He said I could stay on the same dose just in case. I replied why should I have to pay for another 4 weeks of the same dose injection when due to ‘ technical difficulties’, their words, they had not received my emails and I had now missed two injections. . Not my fault but theirs. . Now waiting for a proper response.
So far so good, have not had a great deal of contact with staff but ok

Customer service ie shemed/hemed team on phones for check-ins never had problems of any kink to need any support but overall very helpful
I am so glad I went on the Hemed programme..my weight was fast getting out of control.. I tried various diets with little results..for me..I never noticed any weight loss till about 3 weeks...by then I was giving up..With Hemed. you see results in a week....again . for me that was a turning point.as you try harder..I have totally turned my eating habits around for the better..I know the drug helps..but its also helped me get my head around healthy eating.. plus on the upside I feel better about myself and my clothes fit great now..so ..thank you..Hemed
I’m very happy with HeMed as the way the company works, it’s very easy to navigate around the App. I know the weight loss won’t keep dropping but I’m a little disappointed this month as I have put on 2 pound on the higher dose of 1mg I’m not sure if I want to go any higher in doses as I’m feeling a little nauseous for two days. Overall I’m very happy with my results, I’ve lost 1.5 stone in 3 months so not to fast and HeMed are very efficient
Absolutely disgusting service and support. Declining refund following medical assessment. Where is shared information prior having full payment taken. Then being informed that I’d not read small print that I absolutely had. Very unclear. Go elsewhere if at all possible. Completely there to rip you off. Also following blood test result. Although ok. I took to my gp. Who re took them white a completely different reading.
Felt like a scam. I'd stay away from them personally. Hooked me into paying £79. Will not accept include email addresses as a support email and also only told me after they took the money that they want to do a video call as part of the blood collection process. not shared I advance. when I asked to cancel. told me they will only give me £20 back even although I dont have anything and have not been sent anything. STAY WELL AWAY FROMTHEM
