Goods dont turn up and customer service is rubbish. Last time I use them. Dont believe that you can order day 1 for day 2 delivery even if you have paid for the service. Cant even give you a tracking number if you call.
ordered frm them 17 december it says 5 days delivery its 8 January and I am still waiting for the order to arive.
Daily Chemist has an unusual approach to customer service. I ordered some hard-to-find toothpaste and received an order acknowledgement by return. When ten days later nothing had arrived I wrote again asking for an update. I received the following:We regret to inform you that your order has been cancelled, as our partner pharmacies are currently not processing any order requests within the UK. As a result, no charges have been applied to your account.That's it. No attempt to enlighten me on why I had to chase the order, or further explanation for the sudden reluctance to sell what they were advertising for sale in the UK. Avoid.
There is something very dodgy about this company. My omeprazole tablets failed to arrive in the allotted time. I telephoned and spoke to a very abrupt woman who told me they no longer deal with the UK and that I had not been charged. They couldn’t be bothered to tell me obviously.I confirm that I have not been charged yet, but I really don’t trust them. I have reported them to my bank. Unfortunately, most people only read the negative reviews once they’ve had a bad experience. Their website does look very professional but don’t get sucked in. Avoid.

I ordered from this company on 15 November and have never received my delivery. Do not use this company. Rip off. Con company. Also states part of NHS.
If you're in the UK, don't bother with this company! I made an order and after 2 weeks and no delivery, I emailed to be told my order had been cancelled as they do not ship to the UK. Fair enough but no one emailed to tell me prior to this email.
I placed an order and received confirmation of it, I received no updates about delivery and nothing had arrived 2 weeks later. I emailed back to the original confirmation email and was informed:“We regret to inform you that your order has been declined, as our partner pharmacies are currently not processing any order requests within the UK. As a result, no charges have been applied to your account.We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.”I emailed again asking why I hadn’t been informed of this and received no response
Shockingly bad customer service. Placed an order 15 days ago for shampoo. It's still not been dispatched. Logged in to check order and placed one item in basket (to see if it appears to be in stock). Get an email asking if I've forgotten to check out said item. Replied to say no, I'm wanting info on order from 15 days ago. Get reply sending link on how to check out for today's item. Replied asking for help with 2-week old order not yet dispatched. Get two further emails asking if I'd like another link to check out or if I'd like them to stop emailing. Avoid this website!
Sent in an order which was supposed to take three to five working days. After nearly ten days there was no sign of it so I contacted them to be told that the order had been cancelled because "partner pharmacies are currently not processing any order requests within the UK". Why did they accept the order in the first place if they couldn't fulfil it? When would they have told me that the order was cancelled if I hadn't contacted them? At least they didn't take any money, but it all sounds very dodgy to me.
I wish I had read reviews before ordering from this company. I placed an order this morning and it was taken normally as one would expect then I received the usual confirmation email. However, when I later checked my account on their website it stated 'Request held due to our policy'. I am assuming that means, as other reviewers have stated, that they don't deliver to the UK. Although I paid by debit card the transaction is not yet showing in my bank account so hopefully the order will just be cancelled without any problems. Bear in mind though that when ordering, this company requests full name, date of birth, address, phone number, debit card details etc...are they farming people's details? I rather suspect they may be. Their website seems to suggest they are a UK company with an address of Acorn House, Longshot Lane, Bracknell, RG12 1RL, United Kingdom, so why do they not deliver to the UK?UPDATE...just received an email telling me my order has been cancelled and I have not been charged because they don't deliver to the UK."Thank you for contacting us.We regret to inform you that your order has been cancelled, as ourpartner pharmacies are currently not processing any order requests within the UK. I made an online purchase on 26 October 2025. My money was taken and I received a confirmation email of my order. It's now 4 November and I have neither received or heard anything. I have spent over an hour trying to get through to a customer service agent, but they are clearly so busy with complaints that there is no one available to talk to. Having now just read numerous reviews of Daily Chemist it's clear I am another victim of orders not being honoured for UK customers, and with no contact or notification to this effect. Daily Chemist is still online in the UK and will still be taking orders it has no ability or intention of fulfilling.I will have to obtain a refund via my Credit Card company.AVOID THIS SELLER.
I ordered some toothpaste. 10 days later, no response. I emailed them, tbf they replied pretty quickly stating that their partner pharmacies weren’t processing any UK orders. So why did they allow the order to be accepted on their website? Charlatans. Avoid.
A week after ordering I chased the company for further information. They informed me that they could not supply the goods as they did not deliver to the UK. Surely, this should have been picked up at point of sale or informed me after the event. It was only after me chasing the order that they told me that they could not complete. Very poor service.
Placed an order With this company only to find that they didn't deliver in the UK. After I had to contact them regarding my order as it was placed on request held and they have a London number.They should put on their website that they didn't deliver within the UK.
Ordered Inhalers & received them the next working day, highly recommended.
