I ordered mounjaro from Cured pharmacy on 20th December25 and had to cancel the order the same day due to finances. I understood there was a £15 admin chg but to date I haven't received any money back even though I have emailed 4 times. I have tried the phone number and again no response apart from the recorded message informing me that this persons mailbox is full and I can not leave a message. This, to me is extremely bad business practice and I now have to go to my banks fraud team to report this company. I will never have anything to do with this company again and would advise others who are tempted to please scrole on to a more reputable company.
Terrible slow service, unlike other pharmacies they take payment before approving the order. They did not approve the order, but every email chain or chat I opened just directed me to buy a lower does and everytime I asked for a refund they ghosted!!Had to use PayPal case to get a refund and then they took a £20 cancellation fee

Ordered a Dexcom one sensor set @£120. It arrived and I went through pain of sticking on arm and spent two hours trying to connect. Had a row with technical support at Dexcom before finding they had sent a Dexcom one box but the sensors were not they were a G6 sensor that needs additional sensors . As soon as it arrived I was worried TBH as box wasnt wrapped and looked fake and there were no instructions and sensors were just loose in box. Very poor when you consider they are providing medical supplies!!! Update: Seller claims I did not purchase from them, despite PayPal transaction and order confirmation. Evidence supplied.”I purchased a Dexcom ONE sensor online from Cured Pharmacy and paid via PayPal.The product supplied did not match the description: the box stated Dexcom ONE, but the contents were a different sensor type that requires a separate transmitter and could not function as sold.I contacted the company requesting a refund and provided photos.The matter is now under formal review with PayPal as “item not as described.”

Dreadful company! So slow to respond I ordered mounjaro for the pharmacist to refuse the 5mg dose pen as id already had 2.5 for a month but couldn't provide prescription then I asked for the order to be cancelled only to be told 3 days later that they take a 50% cancellation fee!!!! I mean surely it didnt cost 72.35 to cancel my order ridiculous will never use again and have reported to trading standards. Havnt recieved any money back as yet probably wait another 3 or 4 days for a response to my message
