We ordered 6 tulsi boxes of peppermint teas but received 6 teas that were not peppermint. A recent update on my original 1 star negative review, the owner of Healthy life contacted me and offered a 50 percent refund for the incorrect teas sent and that they will follow up when they have the peppermint tea in stock. Happy with this arrangement and especially the communication was very much appreciated.

I purchased 5mg Melatonin online in the belief that I would pay the advertised price. I was called the next day to advise that because I had a private prescription, the advertised price did not apply. I now understand that Melatonin is only covered by the PBS for a very limited diagnoses, which I doubt applies to many people. I consider it to be misleading to advertise a price that is a fraction of the cost that most people would have to pay.

Avoid - I booked a telly health appointment with these people thinking they could help me get my medication in order. Turns out there and give you a one month prescription. If I pay for a full long consultation I expect that I get a six month subscription. Giving me a 1-month prescription gives me the indication that you're just trying to milk more appointments out of me.

Straight-forward and quick process - I’d misunderstood something when ordering and they got in touch quickly and resolved it. Medication arrived quickly and was a good price.

I got charged over $150 from this company that I didn’t place an order with.I contacted my bank to cancel my cc.

I bought a 2kg whey protein for 79 aud and when it arrived was a 900gr. The invoice was modified. Just to clarify i didn't sign in and bought (it's possible).

I ordered Active keto Gummies, on the website it says buy 3 get 2 free at $67.95 NZD per bottle. However I was charged for all 5 bottles. When I called and talked to Mary, she tried to fob off the overcharge and explain it away! The worst experience I have ever had and I work in customer service. Apparently you can't cancel the order once it is in progress and they are only refunding me $105 NZD when it should actually be $135.90 NZD ... Where is your intergrity so I am now out of pocket $30.90. Really NOT impressed! how many other poor people are you ripping off. Also Mary when someone asks you NOT to call them Madame don't call them Madame ! so rude! I would expect at the very least to be refunded the actual money you over changed me NOT just $105.00 come on guys do the right thing here.

So I order 3 boxes of protein bars. they kept in good contact, telling me when my order was packed up and ready to be shipped, they told me when it was be dispatched so far so good. 5 days later on the day of my delivery I received a text telling me my order was being delivered that day. I thought perfect. Then later that morning I received an email telling me that they didn’t have all the items i had ordered and that they would refund me which will take up to 10 business days. At no point during the previous correspondence did they mention they didn’t have what I ordered. If they had I would have happily change the out of stock items for something else. Very unprofessional. I won’t be a returning customer.

So what’s the point of having an express delivery when it takes 3 business days from the date of order to dispatch?I can order standard shipping with other companies that offer same day dispatch and it will arrive at the same time .Good job Woolworths , keep the scam up !Not everyone is stupid tho to fall for this.Most other companies you pay express shipping and get same or next day dispatch.What your doing is wrong

I ordered my Yana Pregnancy Prevention Pills with them on 9th of August 2023, but till now after 2 weeks, I still not receive it. I continue contacted them through Email, but no response, neither no tracking number or tracking information provided. First and last time, I felt frustrating and wasting my money for nothing. I dunno what to do next to get my money.

They should just shut their business its absolutely pathetic

I placed an order and found an error. I contacted customer service and the response from the support team was very prompt. The error was sorted out in a timely & professional manner. Deliveries of the products were fast and the products are of good quality. Thank you for the responsible & caring service. Very happy to recommend.

Even though I was not happy with the product received, after I contacted them, customer service was quick and easy to contact and I was very thankful for them rectifying the situation promptly and to my satisfaction.

I bought 4 items as a treatment for a health issue but upon checkout I noticed that part of the delivery address was omitted by the system hence, I contacted HelpDesk/Support within 4 mins! (12pm) but did not receive any response. The reply came back on the 3rd day and was told that the delivery address cannot be changed. I was asked to re-direct the parcel to the correct/complete delivery address once I receive the tracking information. I followed the advice (to the letter) and performed the re-direct but it did not go through. The items were returned to warehouse and the items finally arrived (minus 1 item because it was out of stock??) after 25 days! I wrote to them to explain that I no longer need so much of the items and would like to please return 1 of the item but was told I had to bear the delivery cost. FYI, the delivery cost was about the same value as the item itself!!!

Beyond furious! I ordered Rapid Antigent tests before the shortage. The auto address on the website removed my apartment number but the rest of the address was there. My tests were returned to sender and when I contacted them the next day to ask the package to be re-sent, I was told there was no stock and was given a refund. The tests would have still been in the post pack?! I am so angry...
